Görür wrote the following:

“A 4.9 earthquake occurred in Dinarbey-Yedisu/Bingöl. This is the place where we expect a major earthquake. The earthquake is on the North Anatolian Fault (NAF). It is a region loaded by both the NAF and the East Anatolian Fault (EAF). Efforts for earthquake-resilient cities must be accelerated.”
