New details in AHBAP investigation: Winery partnership with donation money and 'Ahbap Beer' brand
The MASAK report prepared for the AHBAP investigation has been completed. The report highlights the multi-billion lira transaction volume of Yeliz Kaya, while allegations regarding Haluk Levent in her testimony and trademark applications for "Ahbap Beer," "Ahbap Coffee," and "Ahbap Water" have also been included in the investigation file.
The MASAK report prepared as part of the investigation into the AHBAP Association has been added to the file. The report includes the bank transactions and testimony of the detained Yeliz Kaya, while allegations regarding some of Haluk Levent's commercial relations and trademark registration applications made on behalf of the association were also examined within the scope of the investigation.
According to the report by Sabah, the MASAK report states that Haluk Levent's assistant Yeliz Kaya, who was arrested alongside him, had a transaction volume of 5 billion lira in 2024, 10 billion lira in 2025, and 4 billion lira in 2026.
ALLEGATIONS IN YELİZ KAYA'S TESTIMONY
Giving testimony regarding bank accounts, checks, real estate transfers, and money movements linked to the AHBAP Association, Yeliz Kaya also made allegations concerning Haluk Levent's commercial relations.
In her testimony, Kaya stated, "Haluk Levent had sent money to Güney Köse, saying he would become a partner in a company called Akberg, but I do not know the outcome. He also forged my signature on the back of checks issued in my name."
AKBERG WINE AND AMSTERDAM DETAIL
In the investigation conducted in line with Yeliz Kaya's statements, the allegation that Haluk Levent transferred millions of lira to Güney Köse, the founder of Akberg Wine operating in the Selçuk district of İzmir, for partnership purposes was also included in the file.
The investigation file also includes information that the wine house opened by Güney Köse in Amsterdam, Netherlands, recently went bankrupt.
TRADEMARK REGISTRATIONS ALSO UNDER REVIEW
Within the scope of the investigation, trademark registration applications made to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office on behalf of the AHBAP Association were also examined.
According to the information in the file, registration applications were made for the "Ahbap Beer," "Ahbap Coffee," and "Ahbap Water" brands on behalf of the association. It was also stated that a trademark registration was obtained for the establishment of food and beverage venues and hotels under the "Ahbaphane" brand.
The report also included information that the "Ahbap Beer" brand covers beer, mineral water, fruit juice, and energy and protein-supported sports drinks.
