New process message from Bahçeli, who called for status for Öcalan

Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Chairman Devlet Bahçeli attended the Great Turkish Youth Congress, held by the Ülkü Ocakları Education and Culture Foundation at the Ankara Sports Hall with the theme "The Turkish Century in the Light of Independence."

Addressing the youth at the congress, Bahçeli made evaluations regarding the second opening process, known in the public eye as "Terror-Free Turkey."

"THE BURDEN ON OUR SHOULDERS IS THE GUARANTEE OF THE FUTURE"

Bahçeli stated, "While the burden we have taken on for a Terror-Free Turkey rests on our shoulders today, the duty that falls upon you to secure the future of our children is greater than ever."

Bahçeli continued his statement with the following assessment:

"This burden is not a political goal. It is the Red Apple (Kızıl Elma) of drying the tears of mothers, re-fortifying brotherhood in these lands, and carrying the thousand-year unity of the Turkish Nation into eternity. Therefore, my request to you is this: let your bonds of brotherhood be strong, your resistance be firm, and your upright stance be uncompromising."

SHOWERED PRAISE ON ÜLKÜ OCAKLARI

Touching upon the importance of Ülkü Ocakları for the youth, Bahçeli said, "Ülkü Ocakları is a gate of discipline. Ülkü Ocakları is a threshold of wisdom. Ülkü Ocakları is a sanctuary. Ülkü Ocakları is a school. The history of this school is the youth front of the existential struggle waged by the Turkish Nation in the last century."

Stating that technology has become a determining factor in the new era, Bahçeli continued his speech with these words:

"The era has changed. Battlefields have been appended to the cyber arena. Algorithms have been added next to the sword, and software next to the flag. Today, headquarters are now technology centers. A front of war is sometimes on a laboratory table, sometimes in national software, sometimes on the wing of a UAV, and sometimes in the engine of a racing vehicle. This is why the moves of Ülkü Ocakları in the field of technology are an effort to make the Turkish Youth the subject of the age."
