New victim in Istanbul's 'house of horrors': Two women murdered in the same home

Terrifying details have emerged in the police investigation regarding the dismembered body of Uzbekistan citizen Durdona Khakımova, which was found in a trash container in Istanbul's Şişli district in recent days. Following the statements of two suspects taken into custody and the review of security camera footage, the police investigation revealed that a second murder of a woman had been committed in the same house.

Examinations determined that Ergashalieva Sayyora (32), who arrived in Turkey from Uzbekistan on December 28, had not been heard from since January 23 and had last lived in the same house as Khakımova. Police teams confirmed that Ergashalieva Sayyora, who was staying at the house, was also a victim of murder.

The suspects, D.A.U.T. (31) and G.A.K. (29), killed Ergashalieva Sayyora, with whom they were living in Khakımova's house, dismembered her body, and disposed of it in trash containers in various districts of Istanbul. Security camera recordings showed the suspects taking black trash bags and a suitcase out of the house, transporting them by taxi to Fatih, and leaving them in a container there.

The police investigation revealed that the two suspects had lived with Khakımova and Sayyora for about a month, and that there was an emotional relationship between Sayyora and G.A.K. Both suspects had been caught and arrested after Khakımova was murdered and decapitated. It was reported that while investigations continue, the police are working to clarify other details of the incident.
