Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya stated in a post on his social media account that the 'Bozdoğan-48' operations were carried out in Ankara, Antalya, Aydın, Düzce, Istanbul, Izmir, Kahramanmaraş, Kayseri, Kırşehir, Kilis, Kocaeli, Konya, Kütahya, Manisa, Sakarya, and Şanlıurfa, under the coordination of the General Directorate of Security's Intelligence Department and the Counter-Terrorism Department.
Yerlikaya announced that 45 suspects who are members of ISIS were apprehended.
During the searches, a large amount of digital material, as well as foreign currency and Turkish lira, were seized.
