Turkish Airlines (THY) will carry out a new recruitment drive for young disabled individuals to be employed in Istanbul.
The company is offering full-time job opportunities as a chance for disabled individuals to participate in the workforce and showcase their talents.
According to the report in T24, those who wish to apply for a job at THY must be citizens of the Republic of Turkey or hold a blue card, and must not have a criminal record.
The individuals to be employed must be born in 1994 or later and hold a bachelor's degree. Applicants will be required to submit a medical report showing a disability status of at least 40 percent or higher.
The recruitment process will include an online English and general aptitude test, a video interview, an online English interview, a personality inventory, and board interviews.
Applications will be accepted until April 14.
