Organized crime group dismantled in Istanbul: 40 suspects arrested
Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced the details of the Mahzen-17 operations on X.
Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced that 40 suspects were arrested and 1 organized crime group was dismantled during the Mahzen-17 operations conducted in Istanbul.
In his post, Yerlikaya stated the following:
"The organized crime group led by Ümit Değirmenci (currently in prison) has been dismantled in the “MAHZEN-17” operations held in Istanbul!
40 suspects who were members of the organized crime group managed by the ringleader were arrested in the operations!"
