Özel's 'Gaza' reaction to Erdoğan: 'You are silent like a cat before Trump because he said he would expose your assets'

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel, who described AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan as a 'mandate-seeker and coup-plotter,' stated the following:

“Friends, this Erdoğan, you know, this Erdoğan—the one who supposedly calls us 'mandate-seekers' and says we 'complain to foreign powers'—do you know what he did? He talks about a 'radish' (turp). What did he write using the 'M' from our Manisa as a joker for 'radish'? He wrote 'Trump'. He turned 'radish' into 'Trump'. The biggest radish of all is Trump.

He asked Trump about the March 19 coup and removed Mayor Ekrem that way. Today they ask him, and he walks away without answering. Erdoğan, who talks back to everything asked, ran away without answering when asked, 'Özgür Özel said you asked America about removing Mayor Ekrem?' Look, those who once supposedly called Mayor Ekrem an 'American project' and told the Republican People's Party, 'Oh, foreign powers, this and that'… they ask Trump before carrying out an operation against Mayor Ekrem.

We stand where Yaser Arafat and Ecevit stood; we stand where Deniz Gezmiş and his friends stood. Where do you stand? Trump says, 'We will raze Gaza to the ground.' He says, 'I will turn this place into a holiday resort.' Erdoğan, who supposedly says, 'We come from those struggles,' why can't you turn around and say, 'Hey Trump' to that Trump? You become like a cat, you are silent like a cat.

Because why? When he tried to stand up to Trump, what had Trump said to him? 'I will expose your assets. Don't make a sound,' he had said. He angered Putin. What had he said? 'I will expose the illegal oil trade you are conducting. I will expose your assets,' he had said.

Now Erdoğan is silent, he is surrendering, and he is receiving permission from America, from Trump.
