Özel provided information that the CHP Central Executive Board (MYK) will meet in an emergency session tomorrow and made the following statement:

"Due to the news of martyrs that has broken our hearts today and the concerning reports coming from the region, we have canceled the candidate introduction meeting we were going to hold in Manisa tomorrow.

Furthermore, we are canceling all events scheduled to take place in our other cities tomorrow.

I have called our Central Executive Board to an emergency meeting tomorrow morning.
