Paid military service fee rises to 182,608 TL with a 49.25 percent increase

The paid military service fee that will be valid in 2024 has been determined based on civil servant salary increase rates. The paid military service fee will rise to the level of 182,608 TL with a 49.25 percent increase.

With the Turkish Statistical Institute's (TÜİK) announcement of December inflation data, the paid military service fees have also become clear.

Inflation increased by 2.93 percent on a monthly basis in December 2023, while it stood at 64.77 percent on an annual basis.

The paid military service fee, which was 104,084 TL in the January-June 2023 period, had been raised to 122,351 TL for the July-December period.

The paid military service amount had been fixed to the rate of the civil servant salary coefficient with a regulation made in the past.

The paid military service fee that will be valid in 2024 was determined according to civil servant salary increase rates.

The raise rate that civil servants and civil servant retirees will receive was announced as 49.25 percent. Accordingly, the paid military service fee, which was 122,351 TL, will rise to 182,608 TL with the 49.25 percent increase.
