Panic at Sefaköy Metrobus Station! Smoke rises from tire
Smoke rising from the tire section of a moving metrobus at the Sefaköy metrobus station in Istanbul caused panic. The incident led to disruptions in services. Passengers were evacuated, and the situation was brought under control in a short time.
The incident occurred at approximately 14:30. Passengers experienced great panic when they noticed smoke rising from the rear tires of a metrobus approaching the Küçükçekmece Sefaköy station. The driver stopped the vehicle safely and ensured the evacuation of the passengers. With the driver's quick intervention, the smoke rising from the tire section was brought under control before it could spread.
After being kept on the metrobus lane for a while, passengers were directed to other metrobuses passing by. Due to the incident, long queues of vehicles formed on the metrobus line.
