Police chief summoned to testify in Gülistan Doku investigation!

A notable development has occurred in the investigation into the case of university student Gülistan Doku, who went missing in Tunceli in 2020, which was reopened 6 years later.

Yılmaz Delen, who served as the Tunceli Provincial Police Chief during the time the incident occurred and is currently the Yalova Provincial Police Chief, has been summoned to Erzurum to provide testimony.

It has been learned that Delen is being consulted as a "witness" within the scope of the investigation and that the testimony process has begun.

12 PEOPLE HAD BEEN ARRESTED IN THE INVESTIGATION

Within the scope of the file, a total of 12 people, including the Tunceli Governor at the time, Tuncay Sonel, his son Mustafa Türkay Sonel, and the Chief Physician of the Tunceli State Hospital at the time, Çağdaş Özdemir, had previously been arrested.
