Police chiefs of three provinces changed
The interim decree for administrative chiefs was announced with a decision published in the Official Gazette. Changes in duty occurred within the scope of this decree.
With the decree bearing the signature of AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan, the police chiefs of three provinces were removed from their posts and new chiefs were appointed in their place.
Ahmet Hakan Arıkan was appointed as the Adana Provincial Police Chief, Erden Sakarya as the Iğdır Provincial Police Chief, and Necmettin Öztürk as the Siirt Provincial Police Chief.
Adana Provincial Police Chief Doğan İnci, Iğdır Provincial Police Chief Oğuzhan Yonca, and Siirt Provincial Police Chief Hakan Yıldırımoğlu were removed from their posts.
