Power outages to take place in 7 districts of Istanbul on Sunday, January 14

Boğaziçi Electricity Distribution Inc. (BEDAŞ) has announced that power outages will take place in 7 districts on the European Side of Istanbul on Sunday, January 14.

Here are the affected districts and neighborhoods:

Arnavutköy District:

Power outages will occur in the Merkez-Mehmet Akif Ersoy neighborhood, and the Kovanlık and İzzet Begoviç street areas on January 14, 2024, between 09:00 and 15:00 due to maintenance work—comprehensive transformer maintenance.

Power outages will occur in the Merkez-Boğazköy İstiklal neighborhood, and the Albayrak, Alpgiray, Aysunay, Devlet, Doğuhan, Eber, Emre, Gülaçtı, Kemaliye, Müdafa, Milli Egemenlik, Nadide, Nurten, Paşalı, Taşdemir, Türksoy, Uludoğan, Yeşilay, Yonca, Ziyali, İkbal, İlkdurak, and İsmet İnönü street areas on January 14, 2024, between 09:00 and 15:00 due to maintenance work—comprehensive overhead line maintenance.

Bağcılar District:

Power outages will occur in the Merkez-Göztepe neighborhood, and the İstoç 2nd and İstoç 3rd street areas on January 14, 2024, between 09:00 and 17:00 due to maintenance work—comprehensive transformer maintenance.

Power outages will occur in the Merkez-Demirkapı neighborhood, and the 1654., 1665., 1697., 1702., 1703., 1704., 1705., 1706., and Velioglu street areas / Fatih neighborhood, and the 1849., 1850., 1851., 1852., 1853., 1854., 1855., 1868., 1869., 1870., 1872., 1875., and Velioglu street areas on January 14, 2024, between 12:00 and 17:00 due to subscriber/branch connection work.

Bahçelievler District:

Power outages will occur in the Merkez-Zafer neighborhood, and the Ahmet Yesevi, Bahar, Dalyan, Eflatun, Işıldar, Kale, Mühürdar, Samanyolu, Tarhan, Tekke, Yadigar, and Yıldırım Beyazıt street areas on January 14, 2024, between 09:00 and 17:00 due to maintenance work—preventive maintenance.

Beylikdüzü District:

Power outages will occur in the Yakuplu Merkez neighborhood areas on January 14, 2024, between 09:00 and 16:00 due to maintenance work—preventive maintenance.

Esenyurt District:

Power outages will occur in the Akçaburgaz neighborhood areas on January 14, 2024, between 09:00 and 17:00 due to investment/transformation work.

Eyüpsultan District:

Power outages will occur in the Merkez-Defterdar neighborhood, and the Eyüp Sultan, Fiçicilar, and Otakçilar street areas / Nişancı neighborhood, and the Eyüp Sultan, Otakçilar, and Samancilar street areas / Topçular neighborhood, and the Armağan and Eyüp Sultan street areas on January 14, 2024, between 00:01 and 07
