Preparations completed with national flags ahead of NATO Summit

With little time left before many leaders of NATO member and partner countries arrive in Ankara, the route to Esenboğa Airport has been equipped in a manner befitting the summit. US President Donald Trump, along with many other world leaders and delegations, will attend the summit, which will take place between July 7-8.

Within the scope of the summit, intensive work was carried out at Esenboğa Airport and along Özal Boulevard, which provides access to the airport. The flags of NATO members representing their countries were lined up along the road. It is reported that preparations are nearly complete.

In addition, large banners bearing the slogans "Common Future in Peace," "Key to Security," and "Key to Peace," which were specifically determined for the Ankara Summit, have been placed along the route. These banners aim to attract the attention of domestic and foreign delegations.

On the billboards set up along the route, photographs of leading Turkish defense industry vehicles such as KAAN, Hürjet, and TCG Anadolu have been given prominent space. Furthermore, important historical and tourist sites that have become symbols of Turkey, such as the Galata Tower, Cappadocia, the Ancient City of Ephesus, and Anıtkabir, are also being promoted on the billboards.

Thus, ahead of the major summit, Ankara is preparing to showcase both its military and cultural richness to international guests.
