President Erdoğan holds talks with Macron
AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan held a phone call with French President Macron. During the meeting, bilateral relations between Turkey and France, as well as regional and global issues, were discussed.
According to a statement from the Directorate of Communications, the meeting covered bilateral relations between Turkey and France, as well as regional and global issues.
During the call, President Erdoğan stated that increasing dialogue between the two countries would make positive contributions to their relations, and that Turkey and France have potential for cooperation in many areas, particularly in the defense industry.
"SUPPORT WILL CONTINUE UNINTERRUPTED"
Erdoğan noted that the European Union's suspension of sanctions against Syria was highly appropriate and emphasized the importance of lifting them entirely in the new period, adding that Turkey will continue its support for Syria without interruption.
AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan stated that efforts must begin to maintain the ceasefire between Hamas and Israel and to reach a permanent solution.
