Prison fugitive with 100-year prison sentence caught on top of wardrobe
In Ankara, a prison fugitive sentenced to a total of 100 years in prison for various crimes was caught on top of a wardrobe in the house where he was hiding.
Teams from the Ankara Police Department Public Security Branch, Wanted Persons Bureau, determined that V.K., a prison fugitive wanted with a finalized prison sentence of 100 years, 7 months, and 15 days for various crimes he committed, was hiding in Keçiören.
Taking action, the teams carried out an operation on the house in question and apprehended V.K., taking him into custody.
It was learned that the individual, who was caught while trying to hide on top of a wardrobe in the house, will be referred to the courthouse after the necessary procedures are completed.
