A decision regarding the removal of asset-freezing orders for certain individuals was published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, pursuant to the third paragraph of Article 7 of Law No. 6415 on the Prevention of the Financing of Terrorism, the asset-freezing orders issued against 9 individuals have been lifted due to the disappearance of reasonable grounds regarding their involvement in acts falling under the scope of Articles 3 and 4 of the same law.
