Published in the Official Gazette: Midnight appointment decisions from Erdoğan

Decisions regarding presidential appointments have been published in the Official Gazette.

According to the decision published with the signature of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Niyazi Ulugölge, Vice President of the Presidency of Migration Management, and Davut Düzgün, General Manager of Administrative Services, were dismissed. While Muhammet Selami Yazıcı, General Manager of Information Technologies at the Ministry of Interior, was appointed to the Presidency of Migration Management, Murat Karakaya was appointed as Vice President, and Ahmet Türköz, Deputy General Manager of Relations with Civil Society at the Ministry of Interior, was appointed as General Manager of Administrative Services.

Within the scope of the decision, Mehmet Balıkçılar, who served as Deputy General Manager at the Ministry of Interior, was appointed to the vacant position of General Manager of Information Technologies at the same institution. Levent Yazıcı, Head of the Security and Emergency Coordination Center Department, was appointed as Head of the Support Services Department.

Additionally, Ahmet Nehar Poçan, General Manager of Housing and Construction Works at the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD), was dismissed and replaced by Elif Bağ.
