Reaction from the Istanbul Bar Association: Courthouses are not shopping malls

"EXORBITANT PRICING BRINGS INJUSTICE"
In a statement released by the Bar, it was noted: "We invite you to support us until prices in courthouse businesses are equalized, and to refrain from shopping at these establishments between November 15 and November 30, 2023. During the boycott, our bar rooms will be at the service of our colleagues for all urgent and essential needs."
In the continuation of the statement, the Bar management used the expressions, "Courthouses are not shopping malls or airports; exorbitant prices bring injustice; businesses in courthouses cannot be monopolies."
