Reaction from the Palace to that minister on social media
İdris Kardaş, a member of the Presidential Social and Youth Policies Board, criticized Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu on social media regarding waiting times at Beylikdüzü State Hospital, but later deleted his post.
İdris Kardaş, who serves on the Presidential Social and Youth Policies Board, drew attention with a statement he made on a social media platform yesterday. Stating that a patient brought to Beylikdüzü State Hospital by ambulance was kept waiting for approximately 30 minutes, Kardaş tagged Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu and criticized him with the words, "Bravo!"
Kardaş's post regarding the disruption in the healthcare system was met with interest among social media users in a short time. However, the post in question was deleted from Kardaş's account a few minutes later.
While problems in the healthcare sector have been brought to the agenda on various platforms in recent years, this time the reaction from a name directly within the Presidency drew attention. No statement has yet been made by officials or Minister Memişoğlu following the incident.
