Reason behind 16-year-old killing his mother revealed
It has been learned that the child who killed his mother in the Bodrum district of Muğla had called her and said, "They found I have a Vitamin D deficiency and took my blood. I am coming over to cut your wrist with a knife and take your blood." The murder suspect has been arrested and sent to prison.
The incident occurred yesterday evening on Yaka Street in the Umurça neighborhood. 16-year-old D.D. slit his mother Figen Bezmez's (47) throat with a knife and stabbed her in various parts of her body following an argument that broke out when she arrived at the house where he was staying on Yaka Street.
Figen Bezmez, who managed to get outside with a throat injury, collapsed to the ground. Upon her friend's request for help, 112 Emergency Health services and numerous police teams were dispatched to the scene.
Checks confirmed that Figen Bezmez, a mother of two, had lost her life. D.D. was taken into custody by police teams. It was learned that the woman's 12-year-old child was also inside the house during the incident. An investigation into the event has been launched.

CHILLING DETAIL
After donating blood yesterday, D.D. learned that he had a Vitamin D deficiency and held his mother responsible, as she had wanted him to donate blood, and had a phone conversation with her. It was learned that during the call, D.D. told his mother, "They found I have a Vitamin D deficiency and took my blood; I am coming over to cut your wrist with a knife and take your blood."

Following the completion of procedures at the police station, D.D. was referred to the courthouse. While the individual was arrested by the court, it was observed that his father accompanied D.D. to the police vehicle and tried to offer him moral support.
