In the message he published on his social media account X, Özel stated the following:
"We will work tirelessly and without rest to strengthen our republic, which was established especially to be the voice of the voiceless, and to ensure that it reaches the goal set by our founder, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. Happy October 29 Republic Day."
