Resigns from municipality with a pointed statement directed at Özlem Çerçioğlu: 'The truth is one'

Merve Saatçı Özmen, daughter of the CHP Aydın Provincial Chair, has resigned from the Aydın Metropolitan Municipality. Announcing her resignation decision on her social media account, Özmen criticized Çerçioğlu without naming her directly.

Özmen announced that she had resigned from her position at the municipality with remarks on her social media account that are set to cause a stir.

It has been learned that Özgür Saatçi, the son of CHP Aydın Provincial Chair Hikmet Saatçi who also worked at the Aydın Metropolitan Municipality, has resigned from his job at the Metropolitan Municipality for the same reasons as his sister.

I am resigning from the Aydın Metropolitan Municipality, where I have worked with effort for 13 years."
