Road rage dispute ends in bloodshed in Adana: Taxi driver stabbed five times
A dispute over right-of-way in the Seyhan district of Adana resulted in a taxi driver being stabbed. The moment of the incident was captured on security cameras.
In the incident that occurred on Saydam Street, a taxi driver named Hamza A. got into an argument with an unidentified car driver over a right-of-way issue. Following the argument, the car driver followed the taxi driver, Hamza A., in his vehicle.
Realizing he was being followed, Hamza A. pulled into a gas station, intending to speak with the individual. However, the driver got out of his vehicle, suddenly attacked Hamza A., stabbed him in five different parts of his body, and then fled the scene at high speed.
Upon notification by bystanders, medical teams and police were dispatched to the area in a short time. The taxi driver, who was taken into the ambulance as a wounded person, was taken under treatment at Yüreğir State Hospital. It was learned that Hamza A.'s treatment is ongoing.
While the police have launched an investigation to apprehend the suspect following the incident, it was reported that the moments when the attack took place were reflected in security camera recordings.
