Rose flower base price announced!
The base price for rose flowers in Isparta has been set at 90 liras per kilogram.
In Isparta, which accounts for approximately 65 percent of the world's rose production, the base price that producers have been eagerly awaiting has been announced. The Rose Oil and Oilseeds Agricultural Sales Cooperatives Union (GÜLBİRLİK) has set the base price for rose flowers delivered to factories in May and June at 90 liras for the year 2024.
The company's General Manager, İbrahim Işıdan, announced that the harvest began one month early and that they estimate a rose flower yield of 11 thousand tons.
