School principal shot in front of his children!

The armed attack that took place in Denizli on Thursday, October 16, shocked both the city and the school community. F.Ö., the principal of 19 Mayıs Primary School, was shot by 17-year-old K.K., the son of the school canteen operator, as he was heading to his car to take his children to school in the morning.

WOUNDED IN FRONT OF HIS CHILDREN

The most striking aspect of the incident was that the school principal was shot in front of his own children. K.K., who carried out the armed attack, also had a friend record the incident on video. The recorded footage played a significant role in the suspect's apprehension.

ACCOMPLICES ALSO APPREHENDED

Teams from the Denizli Police Department's Public Security Branch, Homicide Bureau, launched an investigation and quickly determined that the person who recorded the video was 18-year-old A.Ç., and the person who helped K.K. escape was 17-year-old U.A.

THREE SUSPECTS IN CUSTODY

Following extensive investigations, K.K. was apprehended along with suspects A.Ç. and U.A. and taken into custody. In a written statement, the Police Department stated, "A total of 3 suspects, including the perpetrator, the person who recorded the video, and those who assisted in their escape, have been taken into custody."
