FLAT RATE FOR PER-MILE TRANSPORT

In this context, the transport fees of 310 lira for 1-4 miles, 250 lira for 4-8 miles, and 200 lira for 8-16 miles were canceled and replaced with a single flat rate of 750 lira. Thus, the transport fee for 8-16 miles was increased by 275%.
