Seçil Erzan hosted Fatih Terim and his family at her vineyard house! 'The Terims spent the night at the house'

The trial of former Denizbank branch manager Seçil Erzan, who faces up to 226 years in prison for allegedly defrauding many people from the worlds of football and business with promises of high returns, continues to remain on the agenda.

New details emerge every day regarding the case, known in the public eye as the 'Fatih Terim Fund', which has become a major topic of conversation in Turkey.

Sözcü columnist İsmail Saymaz wrote in his column today that Seçil Erzan hosted Fatih Terim and his family at her own vineyard house.

"THE TERIMS SPENT THE NIGHT AT THE HOUSE"

Stating that the vineyard house in question is under mortgage, Saymaz noted the following:

“According to my colleague from Bozcaada, Serkan İlik, the vineyard house was purchased 15-20 years ago by her father, Hayri Erzan. Erzan, a well-liked figure on the island, went bankrupt in the stock market 6-7 years ago and passed away during the pandemic. While he was alive, Erzan began renovations on the house. He hired İbrahim Karabaldır, an architect from Çanakkale. After his death, the renovation continued with his daughter, Seçil. After the renovation was finished, Erzan hung a sign in a section of the garden that read ‘My Father’s Garden.’ It is stated that the house, which has occupancy permit issues, is worth around 30,000,000 TL. Erzan hosted the Terim family at her house in September 2022. Also present at the meeting were Erzan’s former fiancé and Terim’s lawyer, Candaş Gürol, as well as the Terims’ family friend, Nur Erkasap. Food was brought from Yalova Restaurant. After dinner, they watched the ‘Terim’ documentary on Netflix at the house. The Terims spent the night at the house.”
