The program for the Republican People's Party's 38th Ordinary Congress has been announced. The invitation sent to the delegates with the signature of Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu included the following statements:

The 38th Ordinary Congress of the Republican People's Party will convene on November 04-05, 2023, at 10:00 AM at the Ankara Sports Hall (Gar Meydanı-Ulus) to discuss the agenda items written below. In the event that a majority is not reached in the first meeting, the second meeting will be held on November 05, 2023, at 10:00 AM at the same location and with the same agenda.

2- Moment of Silence - National Anthem

3- Election of the Congress Presidential Board (1 President, 2 Vice Presidents, Secretary)-

4- Opening Speech by the Chairman

5- Formation of Congress Commissions (Declaration Commission)

6- Reading of Work and Financial Reports

7- Discussion and approval of the Congress Declaration

8- Election of the Chairman

9- Election of full and substitute members of the Party Assembly and full and substitute members of the High Disciplinary Board
