In the statement made by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, it was said: "The general cargo ship named 'Sea Turtle', which experienced a rudder failure, has been taken to a safe area in the Bosphorus.

Ship traffic in the Bosphorus was opened to vessel traffic in the South-North direction as of 00:20."
