In the footage broadcast by Kanal D Ana Haber, Dilan Polat is seen kicking the other party, while Engin Polat is seen raiding his neighbor's villa along with family members.

According to the allegations, Dilan Polat gifted her husband Engin Polat a luxury car for his birthday. On June 6, Dilan Polat organized a surprise birthday party at their luxury villa in Çekmeköy. Sıla Doğu also attended the party, where family members were present. While there were many cars in the site's parking lot, the neighbors' car was parked behind Sıla Doğu's vehicle. When they asked them to move it, tensions rose. It is alleged that Dilan Polat insulted her neighbor and also kicked them during the incident. Following the tension, it is claimed that Engin Polat punched the neighbor.

The woman, who was terrified when her husband was attacked, reported the situation to police teams via the KADES application. The Polat family did not allow the police teams, who arrived at the scene following the report, into their home.
