In a statement released by the DEM Party, it was announced: "Our Deputy Speaker of Parliament Sırrı Süreyya Önder has been placed under observation in the hospital due to a drop in blood pressure."
STATEMENT FROM HEALTH MINISTER KOCA
Health Minister Fahrettin Koca issued a statement regarding Sırrı Süreyya Önder's health issue.
Koca wrote the following regarding Önder's health status:
"Deputy Speaker of the TBMM, Mr. Sırrı Süreyya Önder, fell ill while presiding over the presidential budget negotiations and was taken to Ankara Bilkent City Hospital. Detailed examinations are ongoing at our hospital. His clinical condition is currently good, but he will be kept under observation for a short time to complete the tests. I extend my best wishes for a speedy recovery."
