Some roads in Ankara to be closed to traffic on May 19
The Ankara Security Directorate has announced that certain roads in the Çankaya district of Ankara will be closed to traffic due to events being held for the May 19 Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day.
In a post shared on the Ankara Security Directorate's social media account, it was announced that, if necessary, starting from 18:00, the section of Mareşal Fevzi Çakmak Street between Dögol Street and İnönü Boulevard, along with all streets and avenues leading to it, will be closed to vehicle traffic in both directions; the section of Akdeniz Street between Gençlik Street and Aşkabat Street, along with all streets and avenues leading to it, will be closed in both directions; and 83rd Street, along with all streets and avenues leading to it, will be closed in both directions.
