Some roads in Ankara to be closed to traffic tomorrow

Some roads in Ankara to be closed to traffic tomorrow

The Ankara Police Department has announced that many roads will be closed to vehicle traffic starting at 11:00 PM tomorrow due to a program to be held at the Ankara Sports Hall. A warning was issued that congestion may occur in the city center as part of the traffic regulation, which will remain in effect until the program concludes.

WHICH ROADS WILL BE CLOSED IN ANKARA?

Cumhuriyet Street (between the Train Station Junction and Baruthane Junction, closed in both directions)

Train Station Junction and the side variants connecting to it (all except underpasses)

The side variant connecting from Transportation Junction to the Train Station Junction (all)

The side variant connecting from the Train Station Junction to Kazım Karabekir Street (all except overpasses)

The side variant connecting from Transportation Junction to Kazım Karabekir Street (all)

Additionally, it was reported that the following roads may also be closed to traffic if necessary:

Hipodrom Street (the section between Kazım Karabekir Street and Mevlana Boulevard)

Kazım Karabekir Street (the section between Istanbul Street and Celal Bayar Boulevard)

The Ankara Police Department recommended that citizens use public transportation and prefer alternative routes to avoid any inconvenience.
