Statement from DEM Party: Our Provincial Co-Chairs and hundreds of people have been detained

The statement read as follows:

"The AKP is now trying to achieve the results it could not reach in Şırnak through illegal voters by using ballot box fraud, attacking our voters and poll workers, detaining our Provincial Co-Chairs and hundreds of people, and blockading our provincial building.

The AKP is also trying to change the ballot box results in Bitlis with the same methods of fraud, attempting once again to usurp the will of our people. Our poll workers and lawyers who object are being detained.

We warn the authorities who have insisted on lawlessness for months: You will not succeed with coup-like tactics, and you will not be able to change the outcome by usurping the will of our people.

We will continue to defend the gains of our people under all circumstances."
