Statement from Özgür Özel regarding the elections in Hatay: 'Usurpation of the national will'

Regarding the election results in Hatay, Özel stated: “In the Hatay Metropolitan Municipality mayoral election, there is an irregularity and a usurpation of the national will in which the Hatay Governor is directly involved.
We have assigned a large number of our members of parliament,” he said.

CHP AHEAD IN HATAY
As of 03:24 in Hatay, CHP candidate Lütfü Savaş has 44.45 percent of the votes, while AKP candidate Mehmet Öntürk has 44.27 percent.
