Statement from the lawyer of released Burak Bekiroğlu! 'Erroneous tone, we are sorry'

Lawyer Burak Bekiroğlu had been detained following a post he made regarding Yahta Tunç, the brother of Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç. Bekiroğlu was subsequently arrested.
STATEMENT FROM BEKİROĞLU'S LAWYER
Lawyer Serdar Öktem, representing Bekiroğlu who was released after his arrest, issued a statement. The statement made by Öktem included the following remarks:
"There is absolutely no malicious intent in the statements written by my client, Lawyer Burak Bekiroğlu, on 31.05.2025, with anger and an erroneous tone towards our esteemed Minister Yılmaz Tunç and his brother. We would like to sincerely express our sensitivity, our regret, and our apology for the tone used regarding the excessive words expressed with an incorrect tone, based on incomplete, unverified, and erroneous information directed at our esteemed Minister. Allegations that the client wrote such posts intentionally do not reflect the truth. We kindly request that you do not give credence to these allegations."
