Statement from the Presidency's Directorate of Communications regarding forest fires
The Presidency's Directorate of Communications announced that 306 fires that occurred in forest and rural areas over the last 4 days have been responded to, and 304 of them have been extinguished.
In a statement made on the Directorate's social media account, it was stated: "The heroes of the forest have responded to 306 fires that occurred in forest and rural areas over the last 4 days.
Teams intervening from the air and ground to bring the forest fires under control have extinguished 304 of the fires."
