A CURRICULUM CREATED WITH OUR NATIONAL AND SPIRITUAL REFERENCE VALUES
Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin stated that their work on the legislative proposal that will crown the teaching profession is ongoing, adding, "Taking into account the reasoned decision of the Constitutional Court regarding the Teaching Profession Law, which entered into force on February 14, 2022, our preparations are ongoing in a way that will crown the teaching profession and strengthen the quality and social status of the profession.
When our preparations are complete, we will submit the relevant legislative proposal to Parliament, God willing. We are also about to complete our necessary work regarding the curriculum change, which has been created with our universal, national, spiritual, and reference values. We will make the necessary statements regarding the curriculum change in the coming days.
For this, the establishment of this academy, which will have the human resources to provide the necessary training and look after the needs of our Ministry, will be an important innovation.
We will develop a model that is collaborative, planned, accessible, sustainable, traceable, and integrated with professional practices by strengthening the central and local institutional capacity for the personal and professional development of teachers currently in service," he said.
