Storm disrupts ferry services in South Marmara
Due to the forecast of storms and heavy rainfall in the South Marmara region, some ferry services to the islands of Balıkesir have been cancelled.
According to a statement from GESTAŞ AŞ, which provides transportation on the Erdek and Islands lines, scheduled services on the Narlı-Marmara line will not be able to operate tomorrow due to adverse weather conditions.
It was announced that on the South Marmara Islands line, the 11:00 departure from Erdek and the 16:00 departure from Marmara have also been cancelled.
It was stated that other services will operate as scheduled.
