According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, it is estimated that the country will be partly to very cloudy, with rain and downpours, and occasionally thunderstorms, expected across the Marmara, Aegean, Mediterranean (except Kahramanmaraş), western Central Anatolia, Western and Central Black Sea, western Eastern Anatolia, Southeastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Aksaray, Nevşehir, Yozgat, and Bitlis. 

The precipitation is expected to be locally strong in the Marmara, Aegean, northwestern Central Anatolia, Western Black Sea, and Isparta regions, and strong to locally very strong in the eastern parts of Antalya.

On the other hand, a yellow-coded warning has been issued for Antalya, Aydın, Balıkesir, Bursa, Çanakkale, Kocaeli, Manisa, Muğla, Sakarya, Tekirdağ, and Yalova, especially for Istanbul and İzmir.

MARMARA

It is estimated to be very cloudy, with downpours expected across the region, which will be strong in some places. The wind is expected to blow from northern directions, occasionally strong (40-60 km/h) in the northern parts.
