Support statement for the People's Alliance from a YRP founding member
Yeniden Refah Party Founders' Board member Yücel Mollaismailoğlu stated, "Especially in the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality election, being part of the People's Alliance is of vital importance for the future of Milli Görüş. Before time runs out completely, this mistake should be abandoned and it should be announced that the People's Alliance is being supported."
In a written statement, Mollaismailoğlu assessed, "If the 'Just Order' proposed by Milli Görüş could have been established back then, a livable world would have been built, and today, there would be no oppression or genocides anywhere, especially in Palestine."
Stating that hegemonic powers have always prevented Turkey from leading such a world until now, Mollaismailoğlu continued as follows:
"However, our country has gained significant momentum on this path with the steps it has taken recently. The rise achieved in every field, especially after July 15, has panicked Turkey's enemies both at home and abroad."
"IT IS NEVER A COINCIDENCE"
Pointing out that the days when concrete was poured over the projects that figures like Demirağ, Hürkuş, and Killigil wanted to implement on land, at sea, and in the air are behind us, Mollaismailoğlu noted that UAVs, armed drones, aircraft, and ships are now beginning to show themselves on land, at sea, and in the air with national names, just like their production.
Reminding that the localization rate in the national defense industry has reached 80 percent, Mollaismailoğlu stated, "It is never a coincidence that all these developments coincide with the same period as our late teacher's vision of a Turkey where the call to prayer rises from the minarets of Hagia Sophia."
Mollaismailoğlu recalled that they organized across Turkey with the Erbakan Foundation, which they established after losing hope in a party that was drifting further away from the Milli Görüş line every day, and stated that they later founded the Yeniden Refah Party.
Reminding that their party entered its first election with the People's Alliance, Mollaismailoğlu noted that Chairman Fatih Erbakan had explained why they supported the People's Alliance many times: "As a party, we decided to enter the elections under the umbrella of the People's Alliance so that this structure, called the table of seven, would not come to power in Turkey and to avoid being a cause for it. So that Turkey does not return to the February 28 process, so that the gains in the field of freedom of belief are not lost, so that Turkey is not dragged into the chaos and confusion of a seven-headed administration, so that Hagia Sophia is not turned back into a museum, and so that the path for LGBT is not opened..."
He noted that he explained it with the words, "It is impossible for any good to come to the country from this structure, which is supported by FETÖ and LGBT organizations. We must support the People's Alliance to prevent this disaster."
Stating that conditions and alliances in Turkey have not changed, Mollaismailoğlu emphasized that both the path Turkey wants to walk and the intentions of those who want to reverse it are clear.
"NO NATIONAL VIEW SUPPORTER WILL BEAR THIS BURDEN"
Expressing that opponents of Turkey view the Istanbul leg of these elections specifically as a "rehearsal for the 2028 elections," Mollaismailoğlu continued as follows:
"If they win this election, they think they will have the chance to turn our Turkey back from the struggle for independence it has entered. No National View supporter can carry water to their mill, no National View supporter will bear this burden. No National View supporter can say to those who poured concrete over the Revolution Car, 'Go ahead and break the wings of the KAAN as well.' No National View supporter can give up the call to prayer recited in Hagia Sophia for the sake of Greece. No National View supporter can allow the Annan Plan to be brought back to the stage in the TRNC by their hands. Of course, we have problems. We will voice the existing problems and their solutions in every field, especially the economy, with our Yeniden Refah Party, and we will provide the harshest opposition if necessary. We will act as an engine for good and a brake for evil."
Stating that the support previously given to the People's Alliance caused a serious fluctuation at the grassroots level and carried their party to Parliament, Mollaismailoğlu reported that if their party can maintain this consistency, it will undertake very important duties in Turkey's future.
Mollaismailoğlu stated the following:
"Unfortunately, a small minority around our Chairman has turned our party away from the correct path it was on by coveting base worldly gains rather than what the National View expects from us, and has completely reversed the great favor it gained in the eyes of the public in the May 14 elections."
Taking part in the People's Alliance, especially in the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality mayoral election, is of vital importance for the future of the National View.
Before time runs out completely, this mistake should be abandoned and it should be announced that the People's Alliance is being supported. Otherwise, due to the ambition of one or two people, it is inevitable that a second Felicity Party will be introduced to Turkish politics."
