Suspect who killed his brother and sister-in-law and injured 4 others arrested

A suspect who killed his brother and sister-in-law and injured 4 others during a family dispute in Osmaniye has been arrested.

The police procedures for Erol Ö., who killed his brother and sister-in-law with a rifle and injured 4 people during a family fight that broke out yesterday in the Gebeli neighborhood, have been completed.

The suspect, who was referred to the courthouse, was arrested by the on-duty criminal judgeship of peace.

Meanwhile, the funerals of the deceased, Yusuf Ö. and his wife Rabia Ö., were laid to rest following the prayer held at the Gebeli Cemetery.

In the incident that occurred yesterday in a two-story detached house in the Gebeli neighborhood, Erol Ö. opened fire with a rifle during a family argument, resulting in the deaths of his brother Yusuf Ö. and his sister-in-law Rabia Ö. at the scene, while Birgül Ö., Çiğdem Ö., Soner Ö., and one other person whose name could not be learned were injured. Erol Ö. had been taken into custody by police teams.
