Suspicious death of a woman married for 18 days! Found motionless at home

Özge Hançer Girgiç, 32, living in Torbalı, İzmir, was found motionless on the floor by her husband, Hakan Girgiç, who returned home from work on the evening of September 26. Seeing his wife lying motionless on the floor, Hakan Girgiç reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Medical teams arriving at the scene determined that the young woman had passed away. While the body of Özge Hançer Girgiç was taken to the İzmir Forensic Medicine Institute morgue for an autopsy, an investigation into the incident has been launched. The incident has been recorded as a suspicious death.

On the other hand, it was learned that the couple, Özge Hançer Girgiç and Hakan Girgiç, had been married for 18 days. Özge Hançer Girgiç's body was delivered to her family following the procedures at the forensic medicine institute, and she was laid to rest yesterday following the funeral prayer performed after the noon prayer. The investigation initiated to determine the cause of the unfortunate woman's death is ongoing.
