Swimming banned for 3 days on Sakarya beaches
Due to adverse weather and sea conditions in Sakarya, swimming will not be permitted today or over the weekend.
Intense waves and rip currents are affecting the coastal areas of the Karasu, Kocaali, and Kaynarca districts, which border the Black Sea.
District governorships have imposed a ban on swimming in these three districts for today, tomorrow, and Sunday due to the unfavorable conditions.
Lifeguard teams from the Metropolitan Municipality working on the beaches are warning citizens by changing the flags to red.
