Turkish Airlines has issued a new statement regarding the failure in its information technology infrastructure, reporting that it 'has begun to be resolved.'
Turkish Airlines (THY) was forced to cancel all THY flights departing from Istanbul between 19:00 and 22:00 after it could not resolve the issues stemming from its network infrastructure.
NEW STATEMENT FROM THY
Turkish Airlines CEO Bilal Ekşi made a new statement on the X platform.
In his statement, Ekşi said, ''The failure that occurred in our information technology systems has begun to be resolved through the efforts of our teams. We will continue to operate our flights gradually. We apologize to all our passengers for the inconvenience caused by the system failure.''
