Footage of the fight that took place on Bursa Alaaddinbey Neighborhood İzmir Road Street on December 14, 2023, around 15:00, had been reflected on social media. The victims of the attack, Mesut Yılmaz and Nurullah Durmuş, stated that they were beaten by the owners and employees of a construction company they did business with due to a disagreement. 

5 SUSPECTS DETAINED

Launching an investigation following the statements of the two people who were attacked, the Bursa Public Security Branch Directorate teams detained İhsan Kartal, Recep Kartal, Hüseyin Yıldız, Kemal Demir, and Erdinç S., who were alleged to have been involved in the fight. It was learned that in their interrogations, they said, "Mesut Yılmaz and Nurullah Durmuş had previously beaten Hakan Kartal. On the day of the incident, we were going to the industrial zone to buy parts. At that moment, we encountered Yılmaz and Durmuş. A fight broke out between us. Then we beat each other."

The suspects detained by the Public Security Branch Directorate teams were handed over to the Nilüfer District Police Department. After their interrogations, the suspects were referred to the courthouse, where İhsan Kartal, Recep Kartal, Hüseyin Yıldız, and Kemal Demir were arrested and sent to prison. Erdinç S. was released under judicial control.
