TOKİ begins housing sales in 64 provinces: Terms and payment options announced

The Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ) has launched an open sales campaign covering approximately 20,000 homes in 64 provinces. Sales transactions will be carried out through Ziraat Bank and Halkbank branches.

Citizens wishing to purchase a home under the campaign can apply to the banks to process transactions for homes that fit their budgets. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

WHO CAN APPLY?

The open sales campaign will continue until July 17. There are no income limits or requirements to reside in the province where the property is located.

Applicants must be Turkish citizens aged 18 or older and must not own a home registered in their name or their spouse's name. Additionally, only one home can be sold per household.

Citizens who meet the requirements can sign the real estate sales contract after selecting their preferred payment plan and paying the down payment.

PRICES AND DELIVERY PROCESS

Details regarding housing prices, delivery dates, and projects can be viewed on TOKİ's open sales platform.

For projects currently under construction, deliveries are planned to be made within a maximum of 48 months from the contract date.

Housing prices start at 2.1 million liras depending on the project and apartment features, while monthly installments start at 18,000 liras. Three different payment options are offered to buyers under the campaign.

PAYMENT OPTIONS ANNOUNCED

A 25 percent discount will be applied to buyers who pay the full price of the home in cash.

Those who pay a 50 percent down payment can benefit from an 8 percent discount and pay the remaining amount with a maturity of up to 72 months.

For those who prefer to pay 25 percent of the down payment at the time of the contract and the remaining 25 percent one year later, a maturity option of up to 60 months will be offered.
