Trading ban on a stock at Borsa Istanbul

Borsa Istanbul announced the trading ban decision regarding Adese shares to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). The statement reported that, in accordance with the decision of the Capital Markets Board (SPK), a margin trading ban has been imposed on Adese Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş. shares under the Volatility-Based Measures System (VBTS). The ban will remain in effect until July 9, 2025.

The statement made by Borsa Istanbul to KAP is as follows:

"In accordance with the decision of the Capital Markets Board, within the scope of the Volatility-Based Measures System (VBTS), ADESE.E shares will be traded with an order package measure from the transactions dated 10/06/2025 (beginning of the session) to the transactions dated 09/07/2025 (end of the session). The order package measure includes the 'restriction of market order and market-to-limit order entry', 'prohibition of order cancellation, order quantity reduction, and order price worsening', and 'restriction of order collection information dissemination'. The measures currently applied to the relevant share and defined in previous stages under VBTS (short selling and margin trading ban, and gross settlement measures) will also continue throughout the period during which the order package measures are applied."

Note: The measures introduced under VBTS are evaluated separately from the trading rules applied due to the market/platform where the share is traded, market changes, or other reasons. Accordingly, VBTS measures continue to be applied until the end of the measure period, regardless of the validity period of trading principles implemented by other regulations or decisions. Short selling transactions, which are permitted only for shares included in the BIST 50 index within the framework of the Capital Markets Board's (SPK) decision dated 05/12/2024, were banned until the end of the session on 25/04/2025 with the decision dated 23/03/2025, and said ban was extended until the end of the session on 04/07/2025 with the SPK's decision dated 30/05/2025."
